If you choose “Unfinished”, some light sanding may be required. If you choose a painted option, only the front surface will be painted the color you selected, the edges and back will remain unpainted. We use a high quality furniture paint, along with a matte clear sealer to protect the painted surface. The antique gold and silver paints have a metallic finish to them and the white and black have a rustic matte finish.
