Custom Travel Mug Tumbler

Custom tumblers are laser engraved which means the image and any personalizations are permanent. Custom tumblers can be engraved on the front and/or back with different images and text. Images should be black and white only and have a resolution of at least 2.3MP (roughly 1500×1500 pixels).  We will contact you within 48 hours with a proof of your design on your tumbler so that you can approve it. Select the lid type for your tumbler. Choose either sip or slider.

The image you would like engraved on the front of the tumbler. Image should be a black and white only, with a resolution of at least 2.3MP (example: 1500×1500). Low resolution images can not be used since they will make the end result look grainy and blocky. If you just want text, you can fill in the “Front Text” and leave the “Front Image” blank.

The text you would like on the front of the tumbler. Although we do not limit the number of characters, please understand that as more text is added, the smaller the font will need to be.

Our 20oz and 30oz high endurance tumblers are engineered with a double wall, vacuum insulated construction to provide superior heat and cold retention. The powder coated finishes deliver rugged durability in a wide selection of colors. These travel mugs are laser engraved, which makes the design permanent and will not fade or wash off.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does it take to get my order?
    Normal production time is 3-5 business days. Holiday production time (November to January) is 5-7 days business days. If you need the items sooner, please Contact Us and let us know what your needs are and we’ll let you know if we can do same day or next day processing (rush and overnight shipping fees may apply). Once your tumblers have been engraved, we ship them the same day or the following morning, and general delivery times are between 2-5 days.  If you are local in New Jersey, we can schedule a local pickup and some orders may be completed the same day.
  • Do you accept returns on tumblers?
    Since each tumbler is custom engraved we can not accept returns, however if a tumbler is damaged in shipping or something is wrong with your order we will correct the issue.
  • Is there a discount for bulk orders?
    Yes, if you are ordering more than 15 tumblers, please Contact Us and let us know what type of tumbler and how many you are looking to get and we’ll provide a free quote.
